I'm pretty sure that wasn't Himaruya. It sounds like one of those things where you type the words in and it reads them for you, like in those little videos all over youtube.

So it was Himaruya who made the video then? Some people wondered if it was fanmade, but I can believe that it was Hima-san who made it. XD;
I can't help but wonder though if all the Japanese he speaks is actually really nice things, like in the comics. Either way... this was a very... crazy video...XD
