I think that activism is so important and I really wish I could be more involved in it, but it's hard for me to be so outspoken and you know, active. If you're interested in radio and social change, I would really suggest listening to "Democracy Now!" It's on KAOS (89.3) everyday at 9am. It's a really cool program.
I've been getting really interested in racial equality in a serious way also. I've been in Arizona for like a month and there is so much racism here toward latino people. Did you hear about the law the state just passed? It basically encourages racial profiling. It's pretty fascist.
Anyway. This is something I'm really interested in too and if you want to talk more about it I'd really like to!
