Possibly. But it's all Grandpa Eorl's fault and you should take the issue up with him.

Besides, your Daddy isn't behaving in a sane way right now, is he? He tried to keep you from Alcawyn.

I'm starting to think there's a bit more behind all the stories about Grandpa than I picked up on.

All right, he's being crazy. But he's not an imbecile. He's just been under a lot of stress. I don't really know what happened when he disappeared that one time, but he was a little off when he came back, and then this thing with getting buried in the snow ...

You wouldn't want to be helpful and try to track down Grandpa, would you? I get the feeling that if he can't talk Dad down, at least giving Dad the opportunity to knock Grandpa's skull in might make him a little more ... reasonable. He seems to like that kind of thing.
