[Penny has, it appears, decided to dress for the holiday (sans staff and, truthfully, the outfit has more of a homemade slap-dash look to it). It's the thought that counts, though, and Billy did imply that she could be a superhero. Only without powers... or anything else super.

Well, thank you! You look really nice yourself.

We're celebrating Halloween, which is--it used to be some kind of pagan thing, but now it's mostly a really good excuse to decorate, dress up, and eat candy.

Do whatever you want. And if Billy shows up at the apartment and you're there, just tell him I told you it was okay. He's totally used to having random people in the apartment now.
