I may or may not have read spoilers for this *whistles* sorry.

But, still, awesome twist. Poor little Billy, though - so damn anxious about his first meeting and then - it's Moist! Hmm.. Moist's reaction when Dr. Horrible first gets the letter and when he's gotta kill someone does suit his alter-ego/alter-motive quite well. 8)
