so now that muxtape actually got shut down by the RIAA (no big surprise there), what's everybody's new username over at 8tracks? mine is obvious, of course. and to start it off, i reuploaded my bee gees covers mix for all of you who were undoubtedly missing it already. i have a few other mixes in the works (originally planned for muxtape, of ( Read more... )

duuuude, seriously, i *never* wanted to see brown bunny, and you've only reinforced that. i'm sorry you saw it!

i wish you were around here for my "in space" fest & then "tiny creatures who are ripped" fest. good time for really bad movies.

in space:

jason x
critters 4: in space
leprechaun 4: in space

& then we couldn't think of any that weren't sci-fi already.

tiny creatures who are ripped:

gremlins & gremlins 2
ghoulies 2
hobgoblins
munchies

that's all so far. lemme know if you can think of any more.

ALSO, do you remember that website that compares dvd prices?

Until right now I'd completely forgotten about Vincent Gallo. I never understood the fascination with that dude.

yeah, i don't know.. for some reason, i wanted to give him a chance with that movie.. but then i watched it, got pissed, and started reading stuff online about him. and then i remembered, "oh, yeah.. this guy is a fucking asshole."

Vincent Gallo creeps me out, but I honestly don't think I've ever seen any of his movies, unless you count his cameo in the "99 Problems" video.

I don't have much interest in seeing "The Brown Bunny," although I don't really have a problem with movies where nothing happens. I happen to think "Gerry" was brilliant.

yeah, i don't like him as a person. but i remembered liking buffalo '66 (which i need to rewatch, although well after i get the brown bunny out of my mind) and even in my vitriol's "grounded" video, so i gave him another chance. definitely a mistake.

and like i said, i like plenty of movies without a lot of action or even a strongly cohesive plot.. but this was seriously a complete waste of time. i don't normally say things like that about anyone's attempt at creating something, but i feel that it's justified here.
