Yet again, I'm amazed by what He has done in my life. Scored an A2 for the 'O' Level Chinese paper, when I was expecting much less. I scored a Merit for the oral component, though, but that's reasonable, considering the fact that I completely messed it up by using the wrong words ( Read more... )

We hadn't had much A2s. If I'm not wrong, there are about 4-5 A2's in the whole 4E here.

Thanks! How did you fare?

I'm the only one who scored A2 in my class. Does that make the fact that there's so little A2s convincing? xD

Definitely! XD. But woah, you only being the A2 in the class is really... so surprisingly. I mean, distinction wise, the school percentage (for 4E) scoring distinction is lower than national average. So yeah.

I got an A1 (thank god! :D).

oh gosh, same. pretty amazing considering i've never gotten close to a B since sec 2! but... i'd expected you to get an A1, you seem like the sort of person who's brill at both languages o:

You were fooled, definitely. English is one of my stronger points, I admit, but Chinese? Never. In fact, my overall year-end score for Mother Tongue in Sec 3 was a mere 60. Hahah.
