What are you taking for your blood pressure? I get mine for $4-$10 at the local Giant Eagle, and that was before I got insurance.

I think mine were going to be somewhere in the $40 - $50 range, tho that's for a three month supply.

I'm sorry. This sounds like a nightmare and totally wrong.

Reminds me of the crap I dealt with when the car got repossessed. The bank claimed I wasn't paying, but they accepted my money every month, I had a record of every payment on my bank account - yet, they still told me they weren't receiving payments. Then...well, you know the rest.

My uncle has worked for the same airline company for over 20 years. He had an issue with his employee health insurance payments, so he called human resources at the airline company to get the matter sorted. He's an aircraft mechanic and works late shifts. The woman at HR said, "There's no file for you.". She said he didn't work there. He assured her he did. She asked him when his shifts were. He told her. She said, "No one is at the airport that late!". He hung up on her.

What aqualung said - most BP meds are dirt cheap.

Also, keep yammering at those bozos. Yammer your way up the totem pole til you get to someone who can fix things.

Yuck. Second what others have said about yammering up the ladder at the company and also complaining to NYS. Also, document (names and dates and times for each interaction with the "insurer," the pharmacy, the regulators, etc.)
Once upon a time my car insurance got cancelled erroneously and I was able to get it reinstated retroactively for the time when I had been paying on a "cancelled" policy. Not sure whether that ever works for health insurance.
