Blonde lady in peek-toe heels , leg warmers pulled up over her kness, wearing white with rainbow stripes bathing suit or bodysuit and not much else , holding a large bottle or wine or hard alcohol. ( Potentially pregnant or maybe she's just pear shapped? I can't tell for sure )
I started at this picture for a good 5 mins. Astounded that anyone would be brave enough to wear that entire outfit , together, in public, and still appear to be having a good time.
I don't know if you know this lady , but man I WANNA know her! She must be totally fierce :) ( Or crazy ... )
