I wondered if it was Lana. Really liked Lex pointing out a few home truths about her to Clark, but he'll have to be careful, Clark's got too many years of (misplaced) Lana-worship to accept too much retribution heading her way. Good chapter.

Lex is always creative, though in this case he has to be careful not to alienate Clark.

I had a feeling it was Lana all along. We've certainly seen how she can be a vindictive bitch.

I love the paragraph about Clark and his guilt and why he only blamed Lex for his actions. Very nicely worded.

It's too bad that Lana ended up getting written the way that she did on the show, because she had real potential. Sometimes I sort of feel bad when I write her like this.

I suspected the blackmailer would be either Lionel or Lana or Oliver, considering no one else on the show has quite that depth of sheer evil. Normally, I'd be cheering for Lex to kill the bitch slowly, but Clark (the big doofus) would freak, so Lex will have to be more creative.... Lovely chapter!
