Hi,
I came across your page a year ago by accident just after you had had Quinn and then lost it!! Finally found it today!! Great to see how well Quinn has done over the year - she's fab!! It really cheered me up seeing her walk as am sitting here ill with tummy bug and my little girl has chicken pox!! So thanks!!

Gosh, she is getting so big! That is one cute video - I love it.

I notice you have one of those evil Leapfrog music tables. I'm sure it's very lovely for your nearly one-year-old, but it gives me nightmares of the just-about-three-year-old autistic girl I worked with who was OBSESSED with that toy and that air ball popper right next to it. I think I just got twitches!!!

I can imagine the horror of a child obsessed with those toys. Quinn, fortunately, has a passing interest in them. She'll play for a little bit and then move on.

Seriously, this girl would just jones out on the lights/sounds for hours at a time. Ditto with the ball popper - HOURS. I guess in some ways it helped her parents do things like make dinner or take showers or whatever, but OH MY GOD, I wanted to break those things so badly.

At some point I learned that she did not know how to operate the on/off switches. HEAVEN.
