 Yesterday I got to work and decided I was going to spend my shift concentrating on working rather than how much I didn't want to be there. The shift went by quicker than usual. Yay! that's totally an achievement, not only does that stuff make you happier, but it makes the people around you happier (the customers at work, people in our house...) =P also, let's go buy bathing suits and go swimming.

*nod* When I get depressed, I make myself do housework. I'm usually still depressed afterwards, but I feel like I've done something useful and worthwhile that needed doing, which is always a good step towards feeling more worthwhile.

Thinking about doing things, rather than actually doing them, has been a longtime enemy of mine.
