HELP ME PLEASE

I'm hopeless. I have installed utorrent. I downloaded a show. Been fiddlin with it all day. Ready to throw my laptop out the front door. Am I just a complete idiot?  How do I watch it once it's downloaded? Am I suppose to convert it to another format somehow?  Anyone...?  Help. Please.  Except Inna, I know/hope you're still sleeping. ;p

Depends on the format. Try VLC Player :)
