I love how insightful this is into Thor's feelings for his family, and how he'd feel like he shouldn't mourn even though it's okay to and how Jane sees that as well :)

Even without knowing more than the bare bones of these characters, your story was wonderful to read. It was spare and light--like a poem--but, like Thor, full of meaning and unsaid things.
A handful of lines I loved for their artistry:
all that was left were Odin and Thor, two men with blunt weapons and few words
He had hated Loki for a handful of years. A fistful of time slipping through his fingers (his hands so used to holding on),
He loved and hated Loki even after his death, and he loved Jane with the shadow of Loki’s sacrifice shifting under the surface of his I love you,
She bent over him and kissed his shoulder, kissed his arm, kissed wherever she could reach without letting go of him.
Thank you for sharing. It was a pleasure to read.

Love this. I love that Jane gets this out of him, and that Thor knows how ill he fits on earth. I love his unanswered questions and all he didn't know about Loki (who knew Thor much better than vice versa).
