"I think we'll be fine if we shift a couple of things around," Ender said, turning over the plate. It had a few circuits attached to it as well, though they were mostly meant to keep other circuits in place that were currently... elsewhere.

Possibly on the floor somewhere. It wasn't exactly the assembly line approach to this.

"Maybe on the sides..." Tony granted him, giving the suit a look like it would answer.

"Maybe," Ender agreed, reaching out to check over the ones already attached to it. "How's the circuitry looking?"

"Could do with tweaking once we have more in place." Then again, he always felt like tweaking things, so...

Sorry to disturb the hot mechanic-fest, guys, but a newly de-gophered Topher (still in Peter's clothes) was in the doorway.

Hi, arms.

He swallowed. Mainly because those were some nice arms.

"Uh. Hey."

"Hey, you're human again!" Tony called, pulling away from the suit to stretch after being hunched over it so long.

Arms! Arms and chest and grease stains and wow so much attractiveness.

"Oh! Um, yeah! Did Peter tell you?" Because they were such good friends.

"Radio, actually." A beat. "You were gone and Peter suddenly had a pet. A good assumption."

Stephanie hadn't tried on the Christmas present from Tony yet -- or rather, she had tried it on, but only long enough to squee (totally undignified but see if she cared), try to swing off a roof, and then discover she needed to get used to how this suit felt.

Sooooooooooo don't mind the girl in the armored Robin suit hanging out, doing experimental flips and shit and gymnastic maneuvers, and totally checking Tony out with the snazzy zoom lenses in her mask.

Nevermind Tony waving at nothing at all then. Because he'd never do that.

Or shake his head in amusement at someone deciding to flip around all parkour style.

IT WAS A COMPLETELY USEFUL AND EFFICIENT WAY TO GET AROUND A CITY, THANK YOU VERY MUCH, TONY.

Of course, costumed girls who weren't actually there wouldn't take a moment between totally-experimental-really maneuvers to flash a two-handed thumbs-up and a grin back at Tony, would they?

LIES. FLYING WAS WAY BETTER.

Nevermind that he was putting a tool down in order to text a quick message to someone who wasn't there at all.

Glad to see you like it.

Ben had stopped for a shower after his trip to the salle, but was thinking the water should have been much, much colder.

"Nggh," he said coherently from the doorway, staring at Ender.

Hello, boys and Steph.

"Hey, Ben!" Why yes. Yes, Tony did get your boyfriend all mechanic-y.

It took Ben a second to recognize that voice, then he shook his head and blushed a bit. "Ho, Tony. You've made quite a mess in here."

Tony shot him an amused look before rolling his eyes. "It's actually better than it was."
