Monitor Issue

So I think my monitor decided to crap out on me. It basically is turning on and off every five seconds once the desktop loads. I think it has something to do with the power and a sensor misreading a power overload. I could be wrong. Has anyone had this problem before? Let me know. Thanks

The only instance something similar happened to me was a loose connection on the tower.
