Alright, tell me, did you feel like Ginny just all of a sudden developed an interesting character out of nowhere? I don't ever remember her having so much of a personality and now all of a sudden, she's superbly popular and outgoing and brave and loud... Did I miss something in Order of the Phoenix or forgotten that she was actually very extrovert there??

Nobody understands Dumbledore. Some days, I think he doesn't understand himself. I'm sticking by it's part of The Plan theory, as crazy as it may sound.
