Dean was so brave, letting John die this time around. This was really good and kind of heartbreaking. I like the hopeful ending and the use of Joshua.

I really think Dean would make this choice given the chance. I always got the impression that Joshua felt sorriest for Dean during their encounter in Heaven, so it felt right that he would be the one to help him in the end.
