Please please PLEASE continue writing this. You had me riveted through this entire piece. I couldn't help feeling for Dean and wanting to shake Sam for not noticing what was right in front of him. Then again, Dean really is a master conman. Wonderful job!

This is a splendid rendition of one of my favorite kinds of Dean H/C, and likely the highlight of my Friday, omg. <3333 Really lovely work--there's such a charge to this, that frenetic energy to Dean definitely transfers to the reader, along with the paranoia, and Sam's worry, and the whole nine yards. Great job! I love where you took this/your (hee, I approve!) prompt.

And this is such a fresh, memorable little line:

Nothing happens, of course, except Dean reinvents Sam's shiner.

Adore the language of this, especially "reinvents" in this context. *___*
