Oh my goodness, this line "Dean flips him off. “You and your functional pancreas can shut the hell up.” " just stopped me in my tracks with how funny and perfect it was. And yes, diabeticDean and caretakerSam and slime monsters, a wonderful fic.

I don't think so, I think that means it is really funny if you make yourself laugh at your own writing. When I make myself cry with my writing, I know it'll get to someone else to..mwahaha.
And I can tell you had a good time with this fic, that's why it's so much fun to read :-)
