Wow, lots awesome-looking recs! I think I'll start with the Dean/Lisa one, I love stories that explore the conflict between Dean's hunting and domestic lives. (And I have to give props to Sera, I really love the female characters on the show so much more since she took over, starting with Lisa.)

I was so afraid they were make her nagging or bitchy or helpless and ruin her for me. So in that very first scene when the alarm goes off, and she rolls over and rubs Dean's shoulder and asks "You okay?" I was like I LOVE HER! THANK YOU!
