I think Dean leaving things unsaid made it more horrifying. In a good way. Um, in a good writing way, lol (poor Dean!). You played it perfectly :)

I LOVE THIS SO MUUUUUHUUUCH. Oh man, I didn't even realize how much I miss hell trauma fic until I read this. And the epilogue, OMG fuck. ;_______;

Wow, this is fantastic!
Needle-phobia and tears are definitely two of my major kinks (and I know, those are kinda rare kinks, so it's even more awesome to have them both in one story \o/)

Besides the obvious (good fic about my kinks ;)) I love the epilogue, love that there is a reason for Dean's fears and that Dean trusts Sam enough to tell him, knows that Sam will try and help him as much as he can (*coughs* maybe there could be a squeal about cramped spaces *coughs*).

Also, the way you made them talk about hell comes off so typical 'Sam'nDean', that I can easily picture a conversation like that happen in the show (oh god, how much I wish it /had/ happened).

Totally awesome, I really love your fill for this.
