Dean is sick, he's a little kid and all he wants is just to be left to watch his cartoons and stuff. he can't be near Sammy because he might giv ehim his cold, but his Mom is awesome and makes sure he gets loads of cuddles and pie.

Mary looking after her boys.

I'm thinking it's one of the points when John wasn't around and Dean gets his mother and Sammy to himself for a while.
