Dean gets sun poisoning all over his cheeks. He doesn't like putting on aloe though because it's cold and un-badass, so Sam does it sneakily while Dean is sleeping.

(I started with qt sun poison cheeks in mind, and somehow ended up with heat exhaustion! mild delirium! fainting! All the hurts from the sun! I apologize if it’s overboard

“Get in the bath,” Sam says. Dean’s arm is draped around Sam’s neck, and he’d wondered why Sam was moving so far into the room and still holding onto him.

Dean scuffs his feet. “Stop,” he grumbles, and pushes off Sam to propel himself onto the nearest bed, tripping onto it more than anything. It’s Sam’s, but screw Sam. His sweat is mostly dry now anyway.

“You should-“

“No.” Dean digs his fingers into his temples, and wishes Sam would leave so he could rub his face into the nice, cool pillow in peace. Every noise pounds along with his head
