Dean gets cursed with some weird ghost virus or gets bit by some kind of venomous handwave during a hunt, at the end of which he and Sam are both knocked unconscious. Anyways, while they’re out, some civilians find them and call 911, and the boys are taken to a hospital. Sam wakes up not long after and is okay, but Dean’s exhibiting serious symptoms like a high fever and unstable heart rate and they run a ton of tests and find weirdness and he ends up in some kind of quarantine with the CDC showing up and the whole shebang. So now, clearly, Sam has to figure out how to bust him out. I'm quite interested in how panicked and helpless this might render Dean, when he wakes up in a bubble surrounded by doctors and nurses in hazmat suits, for the record. Oh, and if he has to endure a spinal tap at some point, that would be extra points and ♥s !
