I understand where you're coming from on that. Personally, I'm kind of hoping that Peter isn't REALLY a Petrelli, because he is such a wuss emo-boy. But the whole dream thing seems to crush that hope.

Sylar is such a better Petrelli than Peter.

Thus making Claire Adam's granddaughter.

Meaning two recessive genes combined to make her immortal too.

Because one theory is that Adam started this whole thing.

Oooh, I hadn't actually thought of Adam. sarahetc and I had contemplated Linderman or Parkman, Sr. Linderman has the healing touch, which could maybe be part of the immortality/self-healing thing. Parkman, Sr., is just WARPED in the head, which would help contribute to the wackoness (I say that lovingly, you know that) that is Sylar.

But Adam certainly makes sense, as he does seem to be the patriarch of the whole Heroes.
