Interesting theory! There's definitely a discrepancy between the first two and last two images. First two look like Rose to me, last two make me like your idea that it's Lucy.

Either way, I'm sure the powers that be love torturing the fans like this, per usual. :)

No, that's a really good theory. I'm not entirely convinced that isn't Billie Piper in the photos, but mostly I'm just LMAO because I (genuinely, non-snarkily) love this part: OMG, what could it be?!
