Artificial Condition by Martha Wells

My eleventh book for ljbookbingo is Artificial Condition: The Murderbot Diaries by Martha Wells for the Published this Year square found here.

It has a dark past-one in which a number of humans were killed. A past that caused it to christen itself “Murderbot”. But it has only vague memories of the massacre that spawned that title, and it wants to know more.

Teaming up with a Research Transport vessel named ART (you don’t want to know what the “A” stands for), Murderbot heads to the mining facility where it went rogue.

What it discovers will forever change the way it thinks…-Amazon book description

I absolutely loved this sequel.  It was an awesome follow-up to my favorite book of 2017.  Murderbot continues to be the best protagonist and I love the addition of ART who is determined to be her partner whether MB likes it or not.  In spite of the AI's misgivings they make a really good team.  Also really enjoyed the fact that we got to learn about MB's past as they did.  I can't say more or I will ruin it, but it is so so good.  I can't wait for the 3rd installment which will come out in August.

As far as the book bingo goes if the goal was to fill in as many squares as you can without getting a bingo I would really be doing well.  lol XD
