Oh my! Now that I look at it, it really does, doesn't it?!
As goetta is something either loved or reviled, I'm sure there are at least a few folks who would prefer that I summon demons rather than spend three hours boiling oats and meat into a gruel that could utimately end up on their breakfast plate.
It was yummy all fried up, crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and smells much like my Swedish Meatballs. TWas mightly delicious paired with fried eggs and toast.
