Nothing was learned from snow season two years ago. Paul and Tony were informed today that there will be no contractors employeed for this coming snow season.

This is going to be a train wreck. When they pulled the same crap two years ago they had a 5-man maintenance department, and they still pulled as much as 150 hours each in a pay period, not ( Read more... )

Nothing was learned from snow season two years ago. Paul and Tony were informed today that there will be no contractors employeed for this coming snow season.

They only have a 1-year memory.

They were under-prepared for the winter 2 years ago, when we had a lot of snow..

As a result (iirc) they hired contractors for last year and were massively overprepared for the amount of snow we actually got.

Since they wasted money on contractors last year, that obviously means that THIS YEAR's winter is going to be similarly mild, and they don't need the extra help.
