Worries and oh noes

eeee So we were assigned homework for my Nutrition class. We had to keep track of our food intake for two consecutive days and work out the percent of Calories from protein, fat and carbohydrates, plus our percent of daily recommended fiber intake. You need more fiber--brown rice and beans are a great source. Your proportions of calorie sources look pretty good, though. Just more whole grains, or add in some flaxseed (ground or meal). It's got a lot.

Also, guess who's never had a pelvic before and probably should? Dr. M does them, doesn't she?

Yeah. I had three with her and was never very comfortable at all. Cold hands.
