So I just found out that Agent Coulson is the principal in the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoonThe actual show looks kinda...not that great, but it's tough to say for sure. I really enjoyed the comic itself, at least up to around the whole Clone Saga thing (the Ultimate version, I mean). After that I kinda stopped reading them. But it doesn't look like

Well, old Joe has a reputation for being a jerkass misogynist, and frankly he looks like someone I'd like to punch in the face.

I have no idea how many Spider-man cartoons there are in total. It could be new? Did the one you were thinking of have Nick Fury in it?
