So no, I *havne't* forgotten the last one or two requests from my "Ask for fic!" Christmastime time. Time. Way late, I know, but hey... hitting another dry spot during some busy-busyness the last few weeks happens at times. :P So YES, prisca1960, you WILL get your request some time soon, hopefully! Tonight's a writing-bug night. :D

Nostalgia indeed, I loved revisiting this story. Vaguely remember Cal with Casey being locked out in the snow and Zeke covering for him, hence Z's anger. But he can't get Casey's sweet face out of his head can he? Loved this hon.

Oh my love forever! Thank you for this POV and a deep soul searching of Zeke. He had been so hurt and betrayed by Casey after Cal had put some assumed lies in caseys head that lead to his turning his back on the boy in the snow and leaving him. The realizations of caseys innocence and inner goodness and misguided trust will lead to inner forgiveness as we know in the story. I loved reading this and it easily took me back. Now I have to go back to read when Casey awoke. Love you so much! Keep going into your Casey zeke worlds. They are truly timeless. Xoxo. 😍😘🌹😘😘

Oh, so good to read this. High Society is one of my favorite stories about our boys and it was so much fun to go back to them for a moment.

Poor boys. I feel sorry for Casey who falls in love with Cal; who can blame him for ignoring any rule, for the secret wish to live his secret dream at least for an afternoon. The price was pretty high, though.

And poor Zeke, he's so angry and worried at the same time. Must be hard for him finally to admit (at least to himself) how much Casey means for him and to know that there will never be a chance for them. But I love that he finally starts to realize that Noah is worth his friendship. (I always was a fan of Noah ;) )
