I can see where the Phoebus votes are coming from, but actually I'm leaning more towards Clopin. I think that Clopin definitely has the traits you like in a best friend, because he's frank, has good sense of humour, he's creative, optimistic, extroverted, brave, a leader and he's mature for the most part.
