Seriously. I go looking for Petshop of Horrors because I want to pick up couple of volumes and what do I find? Etailers trying to sell single books for $35+. What. The. Good. Holy. FUCK? ROFL! My friend has been hunting the same books, and she had the same reaction :P I believe the originals are out of print now so now people are like You have no choice we keel you >D!

I have no clue why PSoH is so expensive other the the fact that it's out of print. I have all of the originals. It's one of my favorite series of all time. As for PSoH Tokyo, it's a continuation and a much newer series. I'm a bit behind but I think they have a few books left in the series to print (don't quote me though).

I can't understand the pricing for non-rare discontinued manga. I can understand rare yaoi like Kizuna #7 & 8 and any of the Embracing Love books. B-Beautiful went bankrupt and from what I understand some of these books were published when they had no money and only a few copies were printed.

Me either. for something that's actually rare, I get it. Something like PSoH, though? I don't know, it just seems...unfair.
