I've managed to stretch a nice free range chicken to 4 yummy meals. 3 lots of Greek Chicken, and then the carcass/scraps made a nice cihicken noodle soup. Yum.

I watched the whole food fight stuff on 4, it was really good. Am never going to buy anything but free range ever again!!
