have not been on here in awhile. just a quick post to see how it feels.

when a manager and a server are the only ones in the kitchen and still crank out $1800 worth of food, you know that you are pretty bad-assed. this was (still is) the week from hell at the restaurant. another night of pain tonight, then two more easier nights before i have a huge smile on my face.
