Rachel wasn't all that experianced in anything that had to do with survival issues. She had tried to light a fire more than once, feeling somewhat proud at getting a smoke, at the very least. She just hoped it was enough to get her out of here.

When she heard her name called, she got up and called back, "I'm here! Right here! Can you follow my voice?" she took pride in her voice echoing perfectly, well so much could be expected with trained lungs such as hers.

Diana heard her voice and smiled, nodding her head. It was easy to find her after she had called out, so after a minute or so of trekking through the brush, Diana emerged. And then, seeing her in person, Rachel would probably recognize Diana for who she was much better known as. She had taken off the leather armor after the trip and a battle, instead wearing her costume that was somewhere between "oh god are those star-spangled panties" and completely, utterly intimidating.

She didn't notice that anymore, however. She met Rachel with a smile, holding out her hand warmly.

"I'm glad to have found you." Her eyes turned to the pile of tinder. "And I see that you had no success with making a fire, but it does not matter. The noise of trying likely drove any animals away."

Rachel looked around, but when she saw her savior, she couldn't help but stare. Such luck, to be saved by a celebrity super hero. But Rachel, being Rachel, felt that well, this is just the type of company a star in the making such as herself should be keeping.

So, smiling broadly, she took the other woman's hand, still staring at her with a pleased look. "thank you so much for helping me, I was really quite lost."

She returned the shake with a smile. "You're welcome, Rachel. It is good to meet you in person."

Diana withdrew her hand and turned, starting to walk back towards the marked trees so that she could orient herself again.

"You aren't that far, luckily. A thirty minute walk, at the most."
