[Having finally gotten away from Church's crazy ammo hunt, X is back to what he was doing before -- chilling out in the lobby, watching the comings and goings, and thinking deep thoughts.

Or maybe not deep thoughts. Really, he's mostly just enjoying the (relative) peace and quiet.]

[ Not anymore, he's not. When Amaterasu spots X, she figures it must be her lucky day - he's right there, after all!

So she trots right over to him and paws at his leg, demanding attention. ]

[And if she wants attention, she's got it. X looks down. He's not sure if she can even answer, but --]

Hi there. Did you need something?

[ Yes, she answers as a formality. She kept running into people who understood her, so she might as well make the attempt.

She isn't going to bank on it working, though. She circles around him and places her head against his leg and then pushes him towards the main hall. ]

[ No, not even personal bedrooms were being left in peace. This festival is for the whole caravan, which means the whole caravan should take part - and a whole bunch of them should help set up. Amaterasu has decided that this is happening, and happening tonight, and she will not let anything get in her way.

She doesn't realize that Yumi can see her true form, but she does know that - though Yumi was startled - she wasn't screaming or throwing things at her. This is a good sign! Amaterasu pushes her way into the room and paces forward to peer up at Yumi. ]

[ Oh. Well. That still isn't screaming or throwing things, though it's not as good a sign...

Wait a second - what had she been looking at?

Amaterasu stops, then paces a small path a few feet further into the room and then back, watching Yumi the whole way. Flowers and grass sprung up from the floor with every step, though they faded away after a few seconds. This has become Amaterasu's test for if people can see her true form. She wishes there was an easier way, but she will work with what she has. ]

[Ammy has found the bar. It's still early, and there is a blond fellow sweeping the floor, but he pauses and blinks when he sees a white dog head poke in]

[ Her nostrils flare as she smells - this place smells a bit like sake. Does that mean this man is like Kushi - that he makes such things?

...Could that possibly mean that he would have the festival 8 Purification Sake?

She enters the room eagerly, tail up and wagging, looking at the man expectantly. ]

[Shizuo liked animals, but had never had a pet and subsequently didn't know much of what to do with them. This one seemed to want something.]

...aa? What is it?

[ Amaterasu tilted her head at him, then put her nose down to the floor and followed that sake-like smell until she found where it was strongest. She stood there and looked back at him hopefully. ]

[Tomo wasn't one for leaving her room unless it was to go snooping around for anything interesting. Occasionally she found the odd empty room or, if she was lucky, a full room that was unlocked. Aside from that, the most interesting thing was usually whatever was on WillaKnet.]

[Unfortunately for her, broken tables don't fix themselves, so she's wandered out in search of a replacement for the one she broke. The only problem is, she doesn't know where to get one, so she's spent most of her wandering wondering--]

Where the heck do they keep the replacement furniture.

[ Amaterasu spots someone in the hall, approaching her just in time to hear something about furniture.

The main hall has furniture that Amaterasu needs to have moved. This must be a sign that the girl wants to help. She goes and sits right in front of Tomo, in the middle of the hallway. Hey, hey. She's got a furniture problem too. ]

OMG YAY! She totes knows about Ammy too.

[bonkuralead]

[There's a wolf. In the middle of the hallway. In front of her.] Oh my god please don't kill me I didn't mean to mess with that guy about his lion problem.

[No wait. A wolf. A WOLF. THIS MUST BE THE ONE THAT THAT AWESOME GIRL TOLD HER ABOUT!] Hey. Heeeey. Are you magic? Because I heard you were magic and if you aren't I'm gonna feel really ripped off.

[ Not one of these people - Amaterasu was about to go into her "look at me, I'm harmless" routine (she had had more practice with that lately than she had ever wanted) - when Tomo asked if she was magic.

Magic? Well, she didn't really think of herself as magic. But once again Tomo cut her off before she could respond, this time with the "ripped off" comment. Amaterasu snorted. She wouldn't put on a big display - not just for this, especially since she'll need her power tonight - but she did call up a bit, sending it sweeping around her.

And in a circle around Amaterasu, flowers burst into being and bloomed, gently swaying in a non-existent breeze before fading away in the same order they appeared, leaving not a trace behind. ]

[This one can be found just lounging around in the lobby -- he looks almost ready to fall asleep.]

...

[Then his head dips a little -- yeah, he's definitely asleep. On the table next to him is a notebook with recipes. It seems like he was trying to figure out what he was gonna cook for himself -- and perhaps Estelle and Patty -- before he conked out.

Bother him? Y/N]

[ Amaterasu makes her way back to the lobby and spot Yuri. Not even sleep can save him now - and she doesn't even know what's in the notebook.

She creeps over to the chair and slowly, stealthily, puts one paw onto his leg just above the knee as she pushes herself up. Her other paw comes down on his other leg but quickly - just in case this much will wake him - Amaterasu licks him right in the face. ]

[Yuri groans, attempting to wave it off before he starts laughing.]

Hey, stop it...

[Way to remind him of Repede, Ammy. He finally blinks awake, staring at Ammy oddly.]

Mnnn...

...what is it, girl? Something happen?

[worthpraise]

[ She pushes herself off of him and back to the floor, looking up at him with a happy smile. Hey, she wouldn't do that to just anyone, you know.

She yips at him in answer. Nothing has happened yet, but she still needs him to make it happen. Get up! Her tail starts wagging in anticipation. ]
