Yes it really happened. 5.5 erthquake in Canada, just over the border. That's pretty scarry big for the east coast.

My coworker and I felt this weird thrumming/vibrating that made us kind of nauseous around then. We didn't know what it was though. Glad to have cleared that up - we thought we were imagining things or maybe finally catching brain cancer from the power lines or something. :p
