[Friends of Keiichi have probably already noticed the missing name on the contact list. He's gone. However, for those that know him well, there's no way he wouldn't leave some form of letter behind for when he disappears. Which is why if you look under his pillow, you will see a hand written letter.]

[First, Spain hurried over to Rena's house. He's really worried about her, and though he's very sad to see that his friend is gone, his first task is to take care of Rena. And so he knocks on her door soon after, hopping from foot to foot to try to dispel the cold as he huddles in his coat.

So cold, sob. He misses home.]

[The lack of a response douses any and all hopes immediately, and it's impossible to retain his smile. He sighs, and then looks at Rena before walking into the empty house.]

[The silence makes her heart sink a little, as any hopes that the dreamberries might have been wrong have now been crushed.

But she continues to explore the cottage, now walking over to his room.]

[He follows her, expression solemn. He's not unfamiliar with loss, but sadness is a foreign emotion to the normally cheerful country.

He misses Keiichi, but he can tell that Rena does too, and right now, it's Rena that he's worried for.

They make their way into Keiichi's room, and Spain looks around. Nobody.]

[Rena looks around Keiichi's room sadly, everything reminding her of the fact that he was gone. It's a little hard to take and she turns to leave when she notices something about Keiichi's bed. She doesn't know why but something seems...off.

She lifts up the blankets and notices something peaking out from under his pillow. It was a letter.]

Eh? A note?

[He doesn't know what she said, but he catches the startled tone. So Spain turns back and blinks.]

What?

[Japanese]

[Turns towards him and shows him the letter.]

It's Keiichi's handwriting.

[He walks over to take a look, realizing that it's some sort of letter. But he can only blink blankly at the Japanese lettering, before offering Rena an apologetic smile.]

I can't read it.

[Japanese]

[...oh duh. Spain can't read Japanese. She frowns and proceeds to read the letter herself. When this was all over she had to make sure to read it to Spain.]

[He watches her read it. He wishes, now, that he knew Japanese, but since he doesn't, all he can do is wait and see what Rena will do.]

[Rena reads the letter to herself and as she does she can't help but smile and laugh a little. This was just like Keiichi to manage something like this.

When she's done a few tears roll down her cheek. That would have to be the last of her tears though, because he didn't want her to be sad.

Rena puts down the letter and looks to see where Keiichi's bat is resting. She picks it up and hands it to Spain.]

Keiichi...he wanted you to have it.

[He watches her reactions solemnly, but he was not expecting her to grab the bat and offer it to him.

He can catch Keiichi's name, and he can figure out the rest. So he smiles a little and nods.]

...I'll take care of it until he gets back.

[Japanese]

[Smiles back at him as she puts the letter back under the pillow, in case anyone else should come around to read it.]

[When she finishes with that, Spain smiles slightly and nods. He then gestures questioningly to the door. It can't be good for either of them to stay there for long.]

[Rena nods and starts heading towards the door but then stops.]

Spain's or Rena's? [She says, gesturing around the cottage.

[He heard the two names, but he shrugs. It doesn't matter to him. He points to Rena.]

You choose. Where do you want to go?
