The fresh corn this year has been amazing. I'd eat it with every meal if my family hadn't threatened to rise up and dethrone me...wait...that mighty not be such a bad thing. ;) But onwards!
Monday : grilled pork tenderloin with "cough" fresh corn Tuesday : leftover rump roast with carrots & onions, wax beans Wednesday : leftover grilled pork tenderloin with salad and homefries Thursday : fish with salad and maybe leftover homefries Friday : eat out Saturday : depends on what I get in my farm share on Friday - "cough" hopefully more corn...
Friday: Indonesian rice Saturday: Brown rice risotto with cabbage Sunday lunch: Garlic soup Sunday dinner: Warm bean, rice and goat's cheese salad Monday: Broccoli pasta bake Tuesday: Penne with courgettes, herbs and parmesan Wednesday: over at some friends' house Thursday: polenta with mushroom and sage topping
I used to the be the same way. I mean, we eat dinner every day yet it always seemed to come as a surprise!
In This Post I explain some of my personal strategies and there are some good tips in the comments as well. Start small and join us in posting next week!

I need to learn to plan meals. I just buy what my husband and I like and fly by the seat of my pants around four o'clock.
