I misread the title of your post a few times before I got it right.

I read:

IceT (as in the rapper), Shirt DIY, Card Tutorial.

And I'm all "How in the hell does IceT figure into that mix?"

:)

Love the shirt. Can't wait for the shoes.

Thank goodness New England didn't get all that snow. We did have an emergency shut down day when the weather people thought we were going to get hammered but the storm politely skipped over us with just a few trinkles of snow dusting here and there! I would have loved to be snowed in though...NO work (lol). Congrats to your Sis-in-law...babies must be in the air...besides me I have heard of a grand total of 12 friends/associates/random people who are expecting in the next couple months...what fun....she is the first that I have heard is having a girl besides myself..... =)

well hope you are all warm and cozy...love the new looks in your shop!

I selected yarn from my stash that was the right color, and related to the event in some way. (in this case it was hand dyed yarn that I am using to knit a blanket for the new baby) and then cut pieces of the yarn and tied the bows at the top!
I think my sister have used the same pattern for her baby shower invitations but she didn't make them on her own, she have chosen the model from www.princessbowtique.net and I've made the order. Too bad I haven't seen your post before cause we could have done them from scrapes and it would have been a lot cheaper.
