It took a little while, but I'm starting to feel like my old self again. Battling here is just like battling at home: You fight some monsters, you get better. You fight some cowards, you prove you're better. I could really get used to this place ( Read more... )

I've found my money issue has returned to normal? Perhaps it was a one-time event. It is a bit unsettling to think about though.

One-time event or not, that's still irritating. I barely even noticed it was gone, but still.

Barely noticed? You mean you just found o- [delete, delete] Well, I suppose since no one else has made much of a fuss about it and most people wouldn't be keeping track of their earnings, it's easy to miss.

I'm a bit surprised it's barely been talked about, actually. This happened to a lot of people, yeah? How can they just ignore they've been stolen from?

Just their fingers? You sure are soft. If I get my hands on them, there won't be anything left for you to break.

The only thing you break is a speed record when you run away. So, I'm not worried.

And who was the one chickening out of that fight in the first place?

You haven't even seen me fight serious yet, so don't act like you know what I'm capable of. And I mean the real me, not some guy who looks like me.

You might as well go for the entire hands, in that case. Or the arms if they try to make things difficult._

Not a bad idea. Breaking the whole hand would be easier than each individual finger.

It's probably more-painful that way, too._

The fighting here is rather reminiscent of how it was back on Nippon. Though instead of monsters, I had found myself fighting the demons that had plagued the lands.

[She doesn't know how she feels about people breaking the culprit's fingers, however. She may believe in tough love but that's just a little...]

Maybe a headbutt would be better suited punishment for whoever was behind our money and items vanishing?

I think some of the things I've fought could be considered demons. They sure act like them, anyway.

[To Revya, breaking fingers is tough love. The girl has a bit of a... strange outlook on things.]

They need to be taught a lesson about putting their hands in someone else's pocket, and they can reflect on that waiting for some broken fingers to heal. It's the only way to deal with a thief.

Oh? I have not met any one else in this place that has fought demons.

[Well...everyone has their own way to punish people. Amaterasu is willing enough to accept the idea, but it still doesn't sit well with her.]

I do agree that they must be taught a lesson over doing such things, but such actions are a little too extreme. Each person has their own thoughts and beliefs on how to punish others, that much I am aware of, but I have dealt with a thief once before in the capital.

I would be more than happy to help catch this thief but if they are anything like Hayazo then it may be a little difficult.
