With the change that seems to have been implemented, I do not believe that I can answer that question. Hopefully it shouldn't take too long to reach it.

Hmmm, to level 20? Well, I guess it depends on the events you participate in and what level you are. It might take a couple months.

[It's a good thing you can't hear his voice, because he practically jumped when he first saw that. That's...a long time to wait to get his Keyblade back. Heck, it's a long time to be stuck here, but there's not much he can do about that.]

I suppose it really just depends on how actively you work to obtain levels. I reached my goal so I'm not too worried about it now.
