Isn't it? He was an admirable person. How are you today, dear?

I can imagine it. It's good to hear there will be a vaccine for polio someday...I've seen some of the children affected by it while doing charity work with the Order. It seems like a horrible thing to go through...

I'm doing well. Yesterday was eerie, but I spent most of the time working on the bakery so I got a lot done.

That's so awful to hear. That disease is terrifying.

How is your project going? I hope that nothing is amiss.

Only when properly inspired.

I feel like it's been ages since we've spoken. How have you been?

Busy as anyone in our profession. There are thousands of ways for people to hurt in this world.

What about you?

Amusing advice and even more to think you'd choose my company over anyone elses.

Ask someone else to accompany you. I'm a little busy at the moment.

Who would be your first choice of everyone in the City, Aion? Humor me and answer.

Doing what, dear? I'm sure that dinner is more important than your nefarious obligations.

It would be no one though if you're asking for humor I suppose I can say I'd reciprocate your choice. Perhaps Shader's.

Nefarious obligations. I'll leave that to your interpreting though...

You have no right to belittle my tasks, Lilith!

Yes, I am. I've sent out a few resumes in between curses, and I was thinking of applying at the hospital.

I was going to suggest that. What a coincidence.

Did Chrono talk to you? He mentioned he was going to ask about hospital jobs--and I was planning on listing him as a reference.

What positions are available? My experience is pretty varied as far as medicine is concerned.

He hasn't yet. The bakery business keeps him well distracted, I believe, but I was going to offer before the curses made me forgetful.

Everything is available, the "real" personnel of the Hospital is minimal, most of the medics are automats supplied by the City. You should take your concerns with administration.

Good advice. Sometimes nightmares can be pretty hard to shake though.

I know and, when they are, dream harder.
