I'd agree with Shizune, but that would mean we'd need to hire someone to work specifically with the network system and computer. From what I read somewhere, it's to ensure that hackers and the sort are unable to get into the system and allow free access, or to create new valid cards, I think. They'd need to be willing to constantly research the newest methods.

Unfortunately, methods i'm familliar with personally wouldn't work considering the amount of energy needed to create being specific barriers.
