Aw poor Sammy! I guess that's what happens when you let hell into your veins.. it's hell that comes out when it does..
I felt for him when he thought he wouldn't want to have Lucifer in on a daily basis.. that's a ouch knowing what we know from later seasons..
But I like the part were you said Famine was wrong about Dean being dead inside, because he would always live for Sam. That will always be true!
Even when Sam is detoxing, Dean is waiting right outside and he won't ever run away from brother duty..
