The Adam Carolla Show was canceled today. All of KLSX is shutting down, actually, to switch to a much more cost-effective, all-music format. Anyone that knows me well knows that I love TACS (I podcast the show daily), but at a time when I'm just beginning to enter the business of broadcasting, my feelings go a lot deeper concerning this development ( Read more... )

Times really Are tuff all over!

Admittedly none of this news is especially encouraging, but I'm confident these people will find a way to land on their proverbial feet.

Preliminary research on this leykis fellow makes me somewhat suspicious of his "leykis 101" feature, although as a male who enjoys the Privilege, I do tacitly support anyone who endorses the "demonisation" of women. Unfortunately for us all, it looks to be a bit late to jump on his tuner. :(

i'm gonna throw it on my ipod when i get home but it's not the saaaaaame! i need a new 2 or 3 hours of podcast to fill the empty hole in my heart.

do you go to JAMS in Madison Heights? I think we were in there at the same time 'cos "you" got to pee without a black person watching. For whatever reason I chickened out and didn't ask this person if I knew them.

Yellow. I'm supposed to drug test once a month, but every time I go in now they try to give me a drug test on top of a breathalyzer. They have to keep looking up my file to check if I already tested. It's making me very nervous, because it seems I'm the only person this is happening to, and it's making me paranoid that I tested positive for something and am gonna find out about it when I see my probation officer. The only possibility is secondhand marijuana smoke, though everyone assures me that this is impossible.

I'd love to operate a JAMS office. You work two hours or so, take in a nice handful of cash, and ruin everybody's day.
