That was awesome! The best part yet me thinks. Loving Charlie's appearance and just generally all of the observations of the other Losties. And Jack finally did make the move that Sawyer was sick of waiting for. Looking forward to the next chapter!

What I think I really like about this fic, and all these Lost High School-ish AUs, to be truthful, is that it seems like the perfect time to "save" Jack. To catch him before he gets all uptight and completely under his father's thumb.

He's lost in the moment, head spinning, taking the opportunity and damning the consequences.

Because as much as people write that about Jack and Sawyer on the island, I don't think it would ever be that easy for him. High School!Jack seems just restless enough to try it. Canon!Jack, I'm not so sure. And I'm the biggest Jack/Sawyer fan, so I know that's all OMGWTFBBQSACRILEGE!, but whatever.

In conclusion. Love you, love the fic, love Jack/Sawyer, and I can't wait until you update this again!

Well you do have a point. Sawyer too - I'm not sure sometimes that Sawyer could ever get over his issues either.

And I'm not skirting his issues here - they are a comin' - and Jack and Sawyer can do their famous save of each other that I've done too many times to count (but it never gets old for me).
